Coach Training 2009

Every year I go out there and get more training. Even when I’ve had no money in the bank–ESPECIALLY when I had no money in the bank–I’d look for the person or program that would teach me how to help my clients better, and teach me what I needed to take my business and my life where I wanted to go. It’s not the price of the program that matters, it’s the RETURN ON INVESTMENT.
These are my criteria for choosing a new training, and any program has to hit at least two out of three. I look for a training that helps you:
1) Get more clients!
I used to BEG for the opportunity to offer a sample session! And then the “client” woudn’t even show up.
Not anymore, baby. I stopped selling “coaching” and I started selling a result. One of the reasons I created this training program was that I couldn’t (and didn’t want to) keep up with the demand for transformation.
Let’s get REAL for a minute. This is a world famous technology. Tens of thousands of people visit my website every month. Less than ten people in the world can call themselves Financial Alchemy coaches.

3) Make a big difference, better and faster
Clients want to see change fast. Have you ever noticed that?
If you’re ever coaching students at a live event– whether it be a workshop, a teleclass, or a call in radio show–you know you want to be able to move in fast and help your client make a real change and know it.
This is where I find hypnotic language patterns, neuro linguistic programming, and related skills come in handy: they SPEED UP the change process and confirm the change has taken place.
I was not expecting the surge of emotions that surfaced during the work, nor was I expecting how quickly they could be handled.
