		<description>Great points. For me all of these ideas fall under &quot;self care&quot;. We spend so much time perfecting and researching our work that we undervalue ourselves. 

We need to spend as much time or more researching and perfecting what works for us personally. We need to know and be clear about what makes us happy, fulfilled, sad, gets us out of a slump etc.</description>
