Dancing is also a leisure activity and could be used for and relaxation. Dancing is fun when it is performed by a group of dancers. It could help you cope with stress and burn out. Additionally, joining a class is important if you truly have to learn how to perform a particular type of dance through training. There are always classes you could join up and start learning.
